International and Comparative Law Review (ICLR) is an Open Access Journal, meaning all content is freely accessible online without charge to users or their institutions. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) license. This license allows users to copy and distribute material in any medium or format in its original form for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.

Users may:

Read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles in the journal for non-commercial purposes without prior permission from the publisher or authors, provided the following conditions are met:
