Abstract
The article discusses about the play, as a means of pedagogical assessment in ordinary kindergarten. The introduction is given to the general characteristics of the playing, the historical context of the playing and the current concept playing activities in the curriculum, the Framework Educational Programme for Pre-School Education. Furthermore, the article focuses on the characteristics of the play, as a means of pedagogical assessment and at the end presents the results of the questionnaire survey on the issue.
