Abstract

The importance of controlled movement activity in preschool children can not be underestimated. Teachers at kindergartens should be experts who can evaluate and increase the level of physical activity of children within the movement regime. The research was focused on two groups of preschool children: one in controlled education, the other outside. The results show the need for regular evaluation of school education programs with an emphasis on the support of the physical activity of children in kindergartens.
