Abstract

In the article contextualizing the dissertation Constructivist conception of educational process in terms of professional readiness of a primary school teacher we present the analysis of the three strategies which improve teacher competencies in primary education and whose implementation leads to quality development of the educational process. The research was conducted via participant observation and survey in the project schools Pomáháme školám k úspěchu and the article contains the data from their evaluation and conceptual documents.
