Abstract

Kindergarten teachers support the development of the child according to his capabilities. To do all this, they need to know each child perfectly, his/her developmental possibilities, but also his/her limits, interests, needs, etc. The teacher obtains the necessary information about the child through pedagogical diagnostics, the methods of which are applied throughout the day in the kindergarten. The authors' intention is to present the TAČR project, whose research team is working on the development of an online tool for pedagogical diagnosis in the kindergarten environment. The research team is thus responding to the current needs of pedagogical practice, where pedagogical diagnostics is proving to be a weak link in the educational process, which can have a negative impact on the effectiveness and success of education. An integral part of the development of the online tool is the verification of its implementation in practice, which is implemented through a series of sub-steps. In this paper, the authors introduce one of the upcoming areas that can be monitored in the online application - the assessment of interpersonal relationships within children's play. The concept itself is based on educational theory and pedagogical practice, thus responding to current trends in education and the demands of pedagogical practice.
