Abstract

 According to the 2016 amendment to the School Act in the Czech Republic, an inclusive approach should be applied in schools. In our article, we present the concept of "buddying", which promotes socialization and personalization of the child in the kindergarten environment. We present the structuring of internalization on the basis of children's activities and their manifestations, which was observed according to standard procedures of applied research, in which we applied a qualitative approach.
